ABOUT SWEDISH MASSAGE:
Deep muscle massage that seeks to release tight joints and tense muscles. It also improves circulation, speeds removal of toxins and aids in deep relaxation. You are discreetly "draped" throughout the session as the massage therapist works on each area of the body.

ABOUT AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE:
Massage which incorporates the healing essence of plant and herb oils. Each oil has a specific therapeutic effect -- for example, ginger is stimulating for the circulation, lavender is relaxing, rosemary restores an overloaded brain. We custom-blend the massage oil according to individual needs. As it is worked into the skin during massage, you feel an enhanced sense of well-being. You're discreetly "draped" throughout as the therapist works on each area of the body. SESSION: 1 hr. Cost $65 - 1 1/2 hrs. COST: $90.00
ABOUT REIKI:
Particularly good for correcting the body's energy. The therapist uses her hands to conduct reiki energy--or universal life force -- to the client and balance body, mind and spirit. A non-manipulative technique, it is particularly good for releasing emotions, which are often at the root of many illnesses. It also has effects of deep relaxation. You are fully clothed throughout the session, but loose clothes are recommended.

ABOUT SHIATSU:
Good "preventive medicine" and an energizer if you're feeling run down. According to proven Eastern healing techniques, the therapist firmly works acupressure points in the body removing blocks and allowing energy to circulate freely to the organs. It eases aches and pains, reduces tension and helps alleviate some symptoms and causes of disease. You are fully clothed during the session, but loose clothes are recommended.

ABOUT REFLEXOLOGY:
Similar to acupressure, reflexology facilitates healing by stimulating various points on the feet and hands. It is believed that these points correspond to the body's internal organs and system. Excellent as an overall "tune-up" or to help specific heal specific ailments.

HOT STONE MASSAGE THERAPY
It’s like a massage – only better! Gently warmed stones are placed along key areas of the body to help your muscles deeply relax. Then, specially shaped and heated stones are incorporated into the massage strokes to de-stress even the tightest areas.

CHAKRA HEALING
“Chakras” are vital energy centers within the body. When closed off or blocked, you may experience a variety of health issues, both physical and emotional. Chakra healing is a gentle form of energy work that diagnoses blockages, then opens these centers and restores them to peak functionality. Result?
